Global Hall Of Fame
Induction in the Global Hall of Fame, is the ultimate recognition of a coach’s contribution and commitment to the industry at a Global Level. Introduced in 2007, Steve Leach became the first inductee, at a Gala event held in Ireland. Each year, the World’s Hall of Fame inductees, collaborate to nominate the coming year’s inductee, based on an extensive list of both objective and subjective criteria and requirements.
Founder’s CLUB
Membership in one of the three ‘CLUBS’, is awarded, based on the period of service as an ActionCOACH. President’s Club, recognises five years of service; Chairman’s Club for ten years; with the ultimate Founder’s Cub, recognising twenty years of service. As ActionCOACH’s First Founding Coach, Steve Leach has been the first to be inducted into each of these clubs. Brad Sugars and Leach, often joke about what the ‘Club’ that recognises Thirty years, will be called, when Leach qualifies for it in 2026. Geriatric’s Club is definitely on the ‘short list’.
Global MasterCOACH
‘MasterCOACHes’ have MasterCOACHes that attain and maintain the highest levels of success and standards, in their own right, are nominated and approved to train and mentor, other coaches. The Global MasterCOACH award is presented to the Top MasterCOACH, based on performance and results of the coaches that they train. Leach was been presented with this award three times, before it was decided that it could only be awarded once per person.

ActionMAN Awards

Global Coaches’ Choice Award
This unique award is presented purely based on the vote of over 1,000 coaches, to the coach who they feel, has contributed the most to the system and the success of the Global ActionCOACH community. Leach is one of only two recipients, to be recognised with this honour.
